in bed

Lauren asked if she could

something inside of me said

so
I pulled everyone out of bed
and
we bundled up
and
went outside
for
...some midnight snow play...
we built a
...mini-SnowMan...
and
a
...SnowCano...
(do not ask me why
I do not know the answer
except that as a failed attempt to
roll a snowball due to powdery snow
the end result looked like a
...volcano...)
Michael
...wanted to do an experiment...
so
he got the
vinegar
and
baking soda
and
red food coloring
but
when
we mixed it
...in the mouth of the SnowCano...
nothing happened
so
we deduced that
...snow(water)...
is a solvent for
...baking soda...
(SnowScience)
Next,
we made
SnowAngels
and
...SnowFootprints...
and
...watched the snow fall...
and
...took pictures...
in the peacefulness
and
...played with Sandy...
(who enjoyed running up
and down the street
with Michael)
then
we came back in
for
...hot chocolate...
...making memories with...
my kiddos
...midnight snow....
