#71/365--Chicken Jerky

Remember when
-- a few weeks ago --
...or so...
I made chicken
and
it was raw

Because of
...that experience...
I decided
that when I baked
...chicken...
tonight
I would
a) defrost first
then
b) cook longer
and
it turns out
that
when you cook things
...too long...

...well...

they burn
and so
instead of chicken
we had
something similar to
...chicken jerky...
(don't ask me why it's on the counter...
...I can't answer that...)
but
...it was inedible...
so
we heated up
...chicken nuggets...
instead

me + kitchen = never boring
