I even let it cook

about 5 bites in
...the texture wasn't right...
I look closer
and noticed

I realized
...that the chicken...

...done...
...so...
(after freaking out)
I put the
Buffalo Chicken and Pasta Casserole
...back in the oven...
turned it up
to
400
and let it cook for another
...45 minutes...
so that
it would be done
...for my kids...

...shouldn't let me...
into the kitchen
at all
