#17/365--Good Talk

Sometimes
you set goals
for yourself
and
they seem
nearly
impossible
...to reach...

life gets in the way
every
time

but
today
I spent
about an hour
...walking...
with
a dear friend
...catching up...
ranting
raving
venting
sharing
chatting
talking
blabbering
blubbering
...good quality time...
time well spent

...killing two birds...
with
one
stone

...hitting two goals...
with
one
activity
Goal 1:  more quality time with my people
Goal 2:  exercise at least ONCE - a - week

...check...
(it's a walk/jog/bike trail
thus the straight path)

and
...check...
(seriously, with my hair?)
